Lactation

We offer compassionate care and help you find solutions that will work for you. As all babies and families are different, we take an individual approach to this work.

We work as a team including an IBCLC, CLC and CLE. All appointments are under supervision of our IBCLC Margo.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive massage technique that uses light touch to relieve tension and restore balance to the body's nervous system. It can help with infant feeding and digestion issues, head shape and overall optimal function and development.

Nutrition

As a student at Oh Baby School of Nutrition, I am learning to holistically support fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and babies' nutrition.

I am currently doing trial consults for my program free of charge. Note that you will be required to complete a 3 day food journal.

Sarah Joy Hollingsworth

As a biological, foster, and adoptive mom to six courageous kids, I treasure family. Using a holistic approach that embraces the integration of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual pieces, I am passionate about seeing families thrive. I see parenting through the lens of attachment and connection, and recognize the intentionality and endurance it takes to press into the Joy in the Journey. I am zealous for strengthening individual and family supports and I endeavor to carry a sense of peace and joy attuning to the nuances parenting brings. Professionally, I am a Registered Nurse, Lactation Consultant, and have my Masters in Public Health. I am committed to walking with you through the journey of breastfeeding, holding space for both the exhaustion and joy.

Israela Kahan

With a true passion for the postpartum time of life and specifically breastfeeding, Israela is a lactation specialist who takes the time to get to know each client and understand every new mother’s personal goals. Israela feels particularly strongly about supporting growing families during the challenging and beautiful postpartum period of life. Israela is a mother of 4 children who have kept her fulfilled, busy, and entertained for the last 19 years and counting. When not working with babies and new mothers, Israela volunteers her time in running programming in her community and in her childrens’ schools. If you don’t see her running or walking the streets of her neighborhood, Israela can be found cooking up a nourishing meal for family and friends or curled up with a good book.
