We work as a team including an IBCLC, CLC and CLE. All appointments are under supervision of our IBCLC Margo.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive massage technique that uses light touch to relieve tension and restore balance to the body's nervous system. It can help with infant feeding and digestion issues, head shape and overall optimal function and development.

As a student at Oh Baby School of Nutrition, I am learning to holistically support fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and babies' nutrition.

I am currently doing trial consults for my program free of charge. Note that you will be required to complete a 3 day food journal.
